She/Her
Mary
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Mary believes that true mental wellness is found at the intersection of lived experience and the courage to live congruently with one’s own values. As a seasoned, evidence-based clinician, she provides a relational, solution-focused space for those ready to move beyond old patterns. She feels privileged to witness clients as they are empowered to choose a life of intentional action.
In time away from work, Mary finds peace in simplicity and is most inspired in places where the water meets the shoreline and mountains meet the sky. She has a love for DIY projects and practicing intentional self-care, which helps her stay grounded. She deeply treasures quality time with her family, friends, and cherished pets, prioritizing the relationships and natural surroundings that bring genuine peace to her life.
