About
Mary
Mary’s motivation to work in mental health stems from her own personal challenges growing up and her desire to be there for others. Her goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space in which individuals can navigate through life’s challenges and to help them feel grounded, connected and empowered along the way.
In her spare time, Mary loves exploring various coffee and food places and spending time with her family, friends and her dog.
