About
Mary
My motivation to work in mental health comes from my own life experiences and my desire to support others through difficult seasons. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded, and I hope to help clients feel more connected to themselves and confident in the steps they are taking.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring coffee and food spots, spending time with my family and friends, and being with my dogs.
