Martine
Hi, I’m Martine, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Two Chairs. Therapy is my second career and I particularly enjoy working with people navigating life transitions. My specialties include ADHD, LGBTQIA+, anxiety, divorce, and parenting.
I believe therapy is a partnership to help people discover and use their own skills and strengths. I’m conversational, direct, and nonjudgmental, and I tailor my approach to the individual. I’ll take any opportunity to laugh, and you will always know what I’m thinking by the way my face reacts (but feel free to ask!).
In my free time, I enjoy reading, live music, being outdoors, and almost anything to do with water. I am spiritual, and respect every person’s individual relationship with spirituality or religion. I enjoy volunteering with self-discovery retreats for teens, and with organizations focused on caring for our natural world.
