Hi, I'm Martha! My philosophy as a therapist is that I am partnering with my clients to bring our expertise together to help the client reach their goals. You are the expert on you and your life, and I bring my mental health expertise, and together, we can help you reach your goals. My style is very relational and always personalized for each client.
I enjoy being outside, travel (especially to national parks!), spending time with my family and friends, and reading. I have lived in the PNW for just over 4 years now, and I love being able to explore all it has to offer.
