About
Marla
My deepest motivation is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life's challenges. I believe that every person deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings. Witnessing your growth, resilience, and moments of clarity is what drives me every single day. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I do not look at you as a puzzle to solve or a list of symptoms to fix. Instead, we will work together as a team, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I bring a lot of empathy, active listening, and a touch of humor to our conversations. My goal is to help you discover your own inner strengths and give you practical tools to build a life that feels genuinely fulfilling to you.
When I am not in the office, my favorite ways to recharge are spending quality time with my family and experimenting in the kitchen. As a first-generation Latina, family, culture, and community are at the very heart of who I am. Cooking is a wonderful way for me to honor my roots, slow down, and express care for the people I love. Whether we are sharing a traditional family dish or trying out a brand new recipe together, these moments keep me grounded and remind me of the deep importance of connection and belonging.
