Mark understands that people seek therapy for a variety of reasons. There are those who are new to therapy and are skeptical or doubtful about the benefits of therapy. There are others who are coming to therapy at the assistance of others. There are also those who are familiar with therapy, however, their previous therapeutic experience was not a beneficial one. Mark understands that building trust is essential to the therapeutic relationship. Mark's therapeutic approach is one as an ally and guide, Mark assists the person in navigating their obstacles and challenges while assisting them in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Mark is a creative and inquisitive person, who enjoys reading, writing, and watching documentaries and many many movies. Mark enjoys listening to music and playing the guitar. Mark is also involved in independent film/video production. Mark is an animal lover who enjoys spending time with his pets.
