About
Marina
I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a welcoming space where clients feel supported, understood and heard. I believe each person brings their unique experiences, strengths and challenges to therapy and I work with my clients to understand what matters most to them.
My approach incorporates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and trauma-informed care. I help clients develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, patterns, and emotions. My hope is to help clients feel more connected and confident while cultivating a greater sense of inner peace and wholeness.
In my spare time, I enjoy quality time with my family, exploring the outdoors and traveling to new places.
