Marianne
Marianne enjoys providing a supportive and safe environment where open expression and exploration of thoughts and feelings can freely take place. She approaches her clinical work with a strong relational focus that is client centered and trauma informed. She believes a strong therapeutic bond is essential for true healing and growth and she enjoys nurturing those relationships to help her clients heal and adopt healthy coping mechanisms. She utilizes an eclectic clinical toolkit including CBT, DBT, Strengths Perspective, Person-In-Environment Perspective, and Somatic Skills to help client's gain self awareness, build confidence, and improve relationships within their daily lives.
In her spare time, Marianne enjoys quality and intentional time with her family. She enjoys long days in the garden, exploring new places, and is committed to being a lifetime learner. She finds joy riding her bike, listening to music, being outdoors, advocacy, and helping people achieve their goals.
