About
Marian
I'm motivated by a deep commitment to helping individuals create meaningful change and develop a stronger sense of self-understanding. I'm driven by the belief that therapy is a collaborative process, one that empowers clients to uncover their strengths, build resilience, and move toward greater fulfillment in their personal and relational lives.
In my free time, I value balance and self-care, the same principles I encourage in my clients. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether hiking, practicing yoga, or simply taking mindful walks in nature. Creative expression is also an important part of my life; I may spend time reading, journaling, or engaging in art or music as a way to recharge and reflect. Outside of personal hobbies, I'm passionate about lifelong learning. I often attend workshops, read professional literature, or connect with peers to continue growing both personally and clinically. Whether through travel, time with loved ones, or quiet reflection, I seek activities that nurture curiosity, compassion, and balance.
