Mariah
Hi there! My name is Mariah and I am so grateful you're here. I value building strong therapeutic relationships with my clients and supporting them through seasons of stress, transition, and self-discovery. As a queer person of color, I am especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, and those who may identify as neurodivergent. While I tailor my approach to fit the needs of my clients, I enjoy utilizing person-centered, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and humanistic approaches. Let's work together to bring peace, clarity, and self-love into your everyday practices.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies, playing video games and building LEGO sets, reading manga or fantasy novels, and traveling (my favorite spots are Japan, Ireland, Thailand, Paris, and the Philippines). I also have four dogs (a Corgi, a Korean Terrier, and 2 mini poodle mixes) that I enjoy spending time with outdoors.
