She/Her
About
María Cristina
With warmth and compassion, Maria is dedicated to supporting folks struggling with chronic stress, anxiety and trauma. In her work, she creates a therapeutic space where all parts of clients are welcomed. She invites mindfulness and mind-body practices to support living more balanced and joyful lives. Her approach to therapy holds the belief that the emotional pain that often brings folks to therapy is not only personal but also connected to societal and cultural pressures.

In addition to being a therapist, Maria enjoys discovering new hiking trails throughout the Bay Area, learning about design, making art, and dancing and singing in community.
