About
Maria
Hello, my name is Maria! I believe you are the expert of your life, and my role is to assist and guide you through your personal journey of healing and well-being. While navigating the therapeutic process, I prioritize treating you with respect, dignity and compassion because healing old wounds and patterns can be a vulnerable process. It takes strength and courage to seek help and take steps towards healing, joy and freedom. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I am the proud daughter of Mexican immigrant parents, who were migrant workers. I was born and raised in Washington State. I grew up valuing people and their experiences; there is just something so inspiring, powerful and humbling when you witness people being resilient. I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering in my community, working on my house plants, painting, crafts, comedy, laughing, dancing, cultural and world history, current events, and learning new skills.
