About
Margarita
My biggest motivation is to ensure that you feel truly seen, heard, and understood for exactly who you are. I believe therapy is a partnership. Together, we will look at what might be holding you back from living your fullest, happiest life, and use your unique strengths to tackle those challenges.
Instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach, we will build a personalized toolbox and a practical roadmap tailored to help you navigate life's stressors and big transitions. I bring my life experiences and a deeply compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our sessions. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive space where you can heal, grow, and confidently move forward toward your goals.
When I am not working, I am usually looking for ways to make the most out of every single day. I love spending quality time with my family and friends—whether we are exploring a new place, trying a new food, or learning about a different culture together. I am always up for a new adventure!
On quieter days, you can find me diving into a good book, working on something creative, listening to music, or finding ways to stay active. Traveling is a huge passion of mine, and I always have a few plans in the works to see more of the world and enjoy life to the fullest.
As a Cuban-born, native Spanish speaker, my roots and the Latino culture are incredibly close to my heart. This part of my identity deeply shapes how I view the world and allows me to offer bilingual therapy for those who feel most comfortable expressing themselves in Spanish.
