She/Her
Mareeh
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Our lights are dimmed when we feel the pressure to shrink ourselves in order to fit into spaces that no longer serve us or are no longer aligned with our values and dreams. Claire's goal with any encounter and conversation is to assist folks with getting reacquainted with their inner child and the version of themselves before the world told them what they had to do or become in order to fit in. Claire's clinical style is collaborative and dynamic and is heavily rooted in the belief that everyone holds the key to unlocking their own potential and happiness. However, sometimes one may benefit from having someone to walk with them on that journey as they analyze parts of themselves that have been caged either by family generational trauma patterns, cultural obligations, or other circumstances not of their choosing.
Claire is 2nd Generation Filipina-American and oldest daughter who is a born and raised native San Diegan. In her free time, Claire enjoys playing with her cats, attending immersive theater events, and starting (but not always finishing...) different arts and crafts projects as a way to decompress and unwind from the stressors of the week.
