About
Maggie
I enjoy working with clients to help them move through challenges and gain a greater sense of freedom in their lives. I approach clinical work with compassion, mindfulness and a healthy dose of playfulness. My therapy style combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I identify as a white, cis-gender, mostly-straight woman, and I endeavor to practice cultural humility and welcome clients of all identities.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, nature and animals. I find joy in spirituality as well as creative pursuits such as improv, music and dancing, and I love watching comedy and action/adventure movies.
