Maddie is enthusiastic about forming a strong therapeutic bond, is relationally-focused, and is driven by helping her clients tap into their inner selves. She is especially interested in helping clients find their voices, identify their values, and work through challenging emotions so that they can feel empowered to be their most authentic selves. Maddie is passionate about discovering the connection between the mind, body, and spirit with her clients, and how connection impacts their independent healing journey.
In her free time, Maddie enjoys taking fitness classes such as hot yoga and pilates. Maddie is also passionate about nurturing her relationships outside of work, exploring new restaurants, going for runs or long walks, and spending time in the sun.
