About
Maddie
Hi, I’m Maddie! I would describe my style as relationally-focused. I am mostly driven by helping my clients tap into their inner selves, and am especially interested in helping clients find their voices, identify their values, and work through challenging emotions in order to be their most authentic selves in their relationships. I specifically enjoy supporting young adults through transitional times, examining relationship concerns, self-esteem, ADHD, communication, family dynamics, health and wellness, and career and goal exploration. I am also passionate about exploring the connection between holistic wellness and how a client's connection to their mind, body and soul impacts their independent and collective healing journey.
In my free time, I enjoy taking fitness classes such as yoga and pilates. I am also passionate about nurturing my relationships outside of work, spending time with family, traveling, running, going on long walks by the water, and spending time in the sun or at the beach.
