About
Lynley
Hey, I'm Lynley! I am passionate about connecting with my clients to build a strong therapeutic relationship and support them throughout their journeys. I create a warm and empathetic therapeutic environment and am dedicated to assisting clients in overcoming obstacles. I use a client centered approach in my clinical work and enjoy helping clients discover ways to bring positive change into their lives. Throughout my career, I have treated a variety of clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions and more.
In my free time, you can find me spending time with my family, specifically, my husband, son and dog! I also enjoy reading lighthearted books, cooking, spending time outdoors and listening to podcasts. I identify as a white, heterosexual woman.
