Lucia enjoys collaborating with clients in discovering their goals and strengths, as well as helping clients develop tools to overcome life challenges and obstacles. Lucia employs a compassionate, empathetic and empowering focus to help clients heal and move forward in their lives.
In her spare time, Lucia enjoys spending time with family and pets, practicing mindfulness, hiking, jogging, and reading. She is always on the search for good scones, and enjoys making bread and trying new recipes.
