Hi! I’m Louise. My goal is to create a welcoming, open, and trusting space where you feel truly heard and supported as we work through life’s challenges together.
My approach is warm, straightforward, and engaging. I believe real healing happens when you have a safe place to be completely honest, so I bring a down-to-earth and supportive guidance to every session. Together, we’ll build a comfortable relationship where you feel encouraged, understood, and ready to make meaningful changes at your own pace.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my kiddo, traveling, catching live concerts, or heading out to a local rodeo.
Recently, I’ve been focusing more on my personal health and wellness—getting into a regular workout routine at the gym and making mindfully healthy food choices (though I will always have a soft spot for a good sweet treat!). When it’s time to truly unwind, I love getting lost in a good book or kicking back to binge-watch my favorite TV shows, especially westerns and crime dramas like Yellowstone and Sheriff Country.
