Lorena Rincon Arredondo
She/Her
Lorena
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Lorena offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. Using CBT, Humanistic Therapy, DBT, and other evidence-based methods, she tailors therapy to meet the client's needs. Together, they build coping skills and focus on meaningful growth. Lorena honors her clients' unique stories and helps them move toward greater stability and confidence. She strives to create inclusive, affirming spaces, bringing authenticity and empathy to support the healing process. She is here to partner with clients on their journey.
A bit about Lorena outside the therapy office: she's a cat enthusiast who loves anime, anything spooky, and being active in AA and the fellowship. As a child of immigrant parents, she values cultural connectedness and social justice. ¡También hablo Español!
