About
Lizabeth
If you are looking for a therapist who is both a safe space and someone who will gently challenge you to grow, we’ll be a great fit. I bring authenticity, warmth, and a savvy, non-judgmental approach to our sessions so you can walk away feeling empowered. Together, we’ll work toward those breakthrough "lightbulb" moments where you uncover a stronger sense of who you are and learn to tackle tough situations in ways that make you genuinely proud of your progress.
Healing isn't just my profession; it's my personal journey. Having walked my own path through adversity, especially as a Black female clinician, I bring my full, authentic self and a deep sense of resilience to my practice. I understand firsthand the grit it takes to overcome life's hurdles and reclaim your power. Outside of the therapy room, I find immense joy in attending Latin dance socials, hosting gatherings, connecting with family, and staying active.
