Liz enjoys working with her clients through a non-judgmental, authentic, warmth and saavy lens to assist them in feeling empowered while addressing their presenting challenges. Liz enjoys witnessing 'ligh bulb' moments such as a client experiencing a newfound sense of self, idea, or even a effective way of handling a difficult situation in which the client feels proud of over the course of therapy.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys attending Latin dance socials. She finds immense joy hosting, talking with family and staying active.
