About
Lisa
Hello, I am Lisa! I am a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe healing happens through authentic connection and collaboration, and I tailor therapy to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Using an empathetic and strengths-based approach, I aim to help clients navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and foster lasting emotional well-being.
Outside of work, I value spending quality time with my family and dog. I enjoy exploring new places, listening to music, reading, baking, and spending time outdoors. These interests allow me to stay curious, creative, and connected to the people and experiences that matter the most to me.
