About
Lisa
My motivation to work in mental health is to guide clients to enjoy a more balanced, healthy, and joyful life. I respect each individual and their unique experiences. I am a deeply relational and strength-based therapist. I hope to assist clients in achieving their personal goals and self-fulfillment. I enjoy working with clients to identify their purpose and increase self-awareness to better manage daily life and its challenges.
In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, attending concerts, exercising, reading, spending time with friends/family, and exploring the Los Angeles area. I identify as a coffee enthusiast, advocate for human rights, music and dog lover, and appreciator of nature and humor.
