About
Lisa
I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to identify their core values and personal strengths to use as resources during difficult times. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship—built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration—is essential for meaningful change. I utilize a person-centered and evidence-based approach to create a safe, supportive space where growth and healing can thrive.
I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends and you can usually find me reading a book at the beach. I find happiness listening to music, perusing Netflix, and I'm always in search of new coffee shops!
