Lisa
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Healing is a lifelong journey, and Lisa believes it is a privilege to be a partner in this part of a client’s journey. She believes healing is a process of shedding layers of distress, trauma, dysfunctional patterns and conditioning, hurt and pain. She helps clients through this journey of self-awareness by creating a safe, trusting space through a therapeutic relationship. Lisa’s goal is to create a space for clients to feel, talk out loud, release pain, acknowledge struggles and, above all, acknowledge strengths and abilities.

During her free time, Lisa enjoys engaging in various types of fitness activities; binge-watching all types of series, shows and movies; and spending time with family.
