Lisa Baez

I am a Manager of Clinical Care, certified EMDR clinician, an EMDRIA approved EMDR consultant, and can provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I have extensive experience treating the effects of trauma and bring both professional experience and compassion into the work I do. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where your lived experiences are honored and your strengths are recognized. I am passionate about helping clients process difficult experiences, develop healthier patterns, and build a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling. As a proud Mexican- American, Puerto Rican clinician, I value culture, identity, family and community and I believe these parts of who we are play an important role in healing and personal growth.
