About
Lindsey
Lindsey believes that the heart of therapy is the therapeutic alliance, which is why she strives to uphold a warm, non-judgmental, and safe presence for her clients. Lindsey follows a strengths-based and holistic approach to treatment while incorporating techniques to promote behavioral change. Lindsey is honored to support clients as they embark on a journey of self-discovery.
In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys reading contemporary romance and psychological thriller novels, spending quality time with her family, baking muffins for her toddler, and watching a good movie/TV show with her husband. She also enjoys exploring new coffee shops and splurging on an occasional overpriced latte.
