About
Lindsey
Hi there! I'm so happy you're here. I believe that the heart of therapy is the therapeutic alliance, which is why I strive to uphold a warm, non-judgmental, and safe presence for my clients. I follow a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to treatment while incorporating techniques to promote behavioral change. I strive to provide practical tools and interventions that can be practiced in real time and in between therapy sessions - sometimes the best remedy for an unpleasant moment is a quick journaling prompt or a mindful walk. I specialize in helping people who are having a hard time navigating life's stressors, big emotions, and stuck in negative thinking patterns. I would be honored to support your growth as you embark on your therapeutic journey.
In my spare time, I love to read contemporary romance and psychological thriller novels, spend quality time with my family, bake muffins for my toddler, and watch a good movie/TV show with my husband. I also enjoy exploring new coffee shops and splurging on an occasional overpriced latte.
