About
Lindsey
Hi there, I’m Lindsey! Since 2012, I’ve been working with clients treating a variety of concerns ranging from low mood and general life stressors to complex childhood and major event trauma. I like to infuse my work with both humor and compassion in order to provide a supportive and therapeutic healing space. I view therapy as a mutual task where each of us brings our own expertise to the work and relationship. I am an eclectic therapist that tailors my treatment plans to the needs of my clients. I work from a feminist and social justice informed lens. I am trained in EMDR, integrate mindfulness and somatic practices, and utilize psychodynamic informed questions to understand how past experiences inform current behaviors.
Outside of work I enjoy open water swimming, culinary adventures and practicing mindfulness in nature.
