Lindsay uses CBT, Bowen family systems theory, EMDR, and mindfulness practices to help clients achieve their goals. She values client input and a collaborative relationship with her clients.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys running, walking her exuberant dog, and spending time with family. She loves podcasts, relationships, and getting in cold water.
