About
Lilia
I am passionate about building a strong relationship with each client in order for the client to feel comfortable and capable of becoming aware of the areas that do not serve them. I strive to support the client to become their best selves. I aim to do this by facilitating clients understanding of the relationship between thoughts feelings and behaviors by recognizing the sensations in the body related to an emotion and learn how to control the emotion, leading to accurate thought and favorable behaviors. Furthermore, help the client learn the impact that the relationship that they had with their caregivers has on the adult they are today in order to become the thriving adult that they want to become.
In my free time, I like to go hiking, work out, play board games with my eleven-year-old son and watch my new born baby girl grow. I have 2 cats and 1 dog that I love to spend time with. For fun I like cooking and making creative dishes that my family can enjoy. I love taking adventures to new places and discover new restaurants with my husband and children. I like to listen to music and watch romantic K-dramas to unwind and relax.
