Lesley
I value building a safe, trusting connection with my clients and believe that feeling understood is essential to meaningful change. My clinical style is warm and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients increase awareness of their thoughts and emotions, clarify what matters most to them, and make intentional choices aligned with their values. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a relational lens, supporting clients as they build self-compassion, deepen insight, and relate differently to long-standing patterns and life experiences.
In my free time, I enjoy grounding activities that support balance and presence. I value time at home, listening to music, reading, spending time in nature, and meaningful connection with loved ones. Making space for rest and reflection helps me show up with presence and care in my work.
