About
Lekea
Hello, I'm Lekea! I feel privileged to walk alongside clients as they cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I believe therapy can be a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you explore your struggles, life's challenges, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is grounded in compassionate inquiry, curiosity, and kindness. Together, we can make space for what you're experiencing, better understand what you need, and work toward healing and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Outside of work, I love reading and caring for my many plants. Growing up without easy access to books and libraries, I feel especially grateful to live in Seattle, where there is a library in almost every neighborhood. You can often find me curled up with a good book or tending to my ever-growing collection of plants.
