About
Leah
Hi, I’m Leah! I enjoy collaborating with clients to build strong relationships with both themselves and others. Over the years, I have supported Veterans, Active Duty service members, and people from various faiths, orientations, and lifestyles as they navigate their challenges and discover their strengths. I approach my practice from a strengths perspective, understanding that healthy thoughts, emotions, and actions lead to the wholeness clients deserve.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, watching great movies, and cooking. I am an African-American woman who was the first in her family to attend college, and I am also an avid community volunteer, focusing on causes such as food insecurity.
