About
Léah
Hi, I'm Léah. What motivates me every day is helping people reclaim their stories from trauma, anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive loops. My passion lies in creating a soft, deeply affirming space for folks, and a huge part of my heart is in serving the LGBTQIA+ community—with a dedicated focus on trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive individuals, as well as the polyam and kink communities. My style is collaborative and deeply empathetic. I meet you exactly where you are, operating on the belief that you are the author of your own story. Together, we’ll work to gently untangle the past and find a path forward that honors exactly who you are, so you can build a life that feels genuinely yours.
When I’m off the clock, my life is wonderfully full. My world revolves around spending quality time with my wife, visiting our families, and trying to manage our miniature zoo of five cats. As an avid reader and an unashamed true crime enthusiast, you can usually find me buried under a mountain of books or diving into a good mystery. When I'm not unwinding or refereeing feline standoffs, I dedicate a lot of my time to pursuing a PhD in Psychology. Specializing in sexuality and sexual fluidity allows me to blend my love for learning with my deep dedication to the communities I support.
