Lea is passionate about helping people experience, create and sustain happy, healthy and empowered lives by using practical and realistic interventions. She helps clients gain insights, become aware of their disempowering patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and become aware of their strengths. She also offers them healthy and effective coping and communication skills and cheers them on during their growth process.

During non-work hours, Lea enjoys doing energy work, being around water or in nature, and enjoying the arts. She’s a foodie, a dog lover, an inducer of laughter and a curious traveler.
