About
LaVonne
LaVonne finds it fulfilling to work with clients and witness the moment when things fall into place—when they see a new path or gain a new understanding of something they have been struggling with. She understands that life can feel overwhelming, especially for educators and professionals facing burnout or those navigating a loss of direction. When clients arrive feeling anxious, exhausted, or disconnected, LaVonne provides a listening ear to help them build a deeper understanding of the root causes of these feelings. Using ACT and mindfulness-based, person-centered approaches, she helps clients reconnect with their strengths and values, moving forward with clarity and purpose. Together, they create a supportive, nonjudgmental space to build balance, reduce stress, and restore a sense of fulfillment and well-being.
Outside of her practice, LaVonne is a busy mother of twin boys. She cherishes their time spent traveling, swimming, hiking, playing board games, and teaching them to cook. Her home is also filled with the lively energy of five dogs—a chaotic but beloved part of her life. When she’s not at home, she enjoys regular nights out at the Pantages Theater, where she holds season tickets and shares the experience with two close friends.
