About
Lauren
Hi! I'm Lauren and I enjoy working with people who are looking to learn new coping skills to help them better manage the challenges in their life. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, life transitions, chronic illness, caregiver burden, or just feel stuck and want something to change, I am happy to connect and help you move forward with more peace.
I love to travel. Some of my favorite places I have been include Hawaii, Ireland, and St. Lucia. I am also an avid reader of fiction and romance books. I have two daughters I adore and love crafting!
