About
Lauren
Hi, I'm Lauren! Over the last ten years, I've treated a variety of clients with concerns ranging from anxiety and low mood to complex trauma. I enjoy meeting clients where they are at, working together to explore clients’ values and goals, and helping clients build their coping skills to address challenges in their lives. I approach clinical work through a strong relational and trauma focused lens. My greatest joy as a clinician is helping clients adopt healthy behavior and mindset changes so that they can show up in their lives and relationships the way they want to.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and toddler, teaching and taking yoga classes, hiking with my dog, reading a new book and being out in nature. I find joy in watching my son explore the world, spending time with my friends, traveling, chaos gardening, and exploring the outdoors.
