Lauren
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Lauren enjoys meeting clients where they are at, working together to explore clients’ values and goals, and helping clients build their coping skills to address challenges in their lives. Lauren approaches clinical work through a motivational interviewing and strong relational lens. Her greatest joy as a clinician is helping clients adopt healthy behavior and mindset changes so that they can show up in their lives and relationships the way they want to.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys teaching and taking yoga classes, hiking with her dog, skiing, reading a new book and being out in nature. She finds joy in spending time with her friends, traveling, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
