Lara is a bilingual (English, Tagalog/Filipino) Therapist at Two Chairs in San Francisco. 

She believes that each individual has the internal resources for change and she collaborates with clients on best ways to tap those resources more consistently. She helps clients reflect on behavior that's been shaped by life experiences, clarify values, and find a path toward more satisfying lives. 

In her spare time, Lara enjoys reading, cooking, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
