About
Lara
I'm a bilingual (English, Tagalog/Filipino) therapist at Two Chairs in San Francisco.
I'm a certified EMDR therapist and an IFS therapist (Level 1-trained). My approach is client-centered, and I integrate EMDR and IFS with other modalities, based on my clients' needs. I believe that each individual has the internal resources for healing, and I collaborate with my clients on best ways to tap those resources more consistently.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
