Lakisha Hayes
She/Her
Lakisha
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Lakisha enjoys using an integrative approach to therapy, which includes looking at a client's specific needs and using the appropriate approaches needed to work through their issues. Since everyone is multi-layered, something that works for one person may not work for another, so she strives to find the right formula. She works to focus on a collaborative approach by involving the client in every aspect of their healing process.
In her personal time, Lakisha enjoys having a healthy work-life balance, by pursuing hobbies that help her to unwind and relax, such as spending time with family, going to the movies, trying new brunch menus with her close friends, finding new healthy recipes to try, and having potlucks. She also loves to have fun, so she enjoys game nights, escape rooms, traveling, and Zumba classes. Lakisha believes that self-care is self-love, so she is a firm believer that when clients find hobbies they are passionate about and surround themselves with people they can laugh and cry with, it is a recipe for success.
