Lacey Albin
Lacey
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Lacey enjoys helping clients explore the foundational life experiences at the core of their beliefs, behaviors, and emotional responses. She assists clients in deconstructing inaccurate or harmful thought patterns and creating healthier self-views and coping methods. She believes a strong relational focus is key to healing and strives to create a safe environment where clients can be completely authentic without fear of judgment.
In her spare time, Lacey enjoys reading, hiking, and listening to every true crime podcast in existence. She finds joy in (poorly) belting out her favorite anthems at concerts and soaking in the energy with fellow emo fans.
