About
Lacey
I enjoy helping clients explore the foundational life experiences at the core of their beliefs, behaviors, and emotional responses. I assist clients in deconstructing inaccurate or harmful thought patterns and creating healthier self-views and coping methods. I believe a strong relational focus is key to healing and strive to create a safe environment where clients can be completely authentic without fear of judgment.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, reading, Lego, puzzles, and listening to every true crime podcast in existence. I find joy in (poorly) belting out my favorite anthems at concerts and soaking in the energy with fellow emo fans.
