About
Kristin
I truly enjoy working with my clients to build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe the most helpful part of therapy is the genuine human connection we create together. My focus is always to meet you exactly where you are and to work collaboratively to achieve your personal goals.
In our sessions, I will help you learn practical self-regulation tools and engage in meaningful reflection. I take a lot of pride in supporting you on your journey toward finding healing and discovering the tools you need to improve your life.
In my spare time, I love reading and going for walks. I'm also a big sports fan and have fun watching all kinds of games. Most of all, I love spending time with my partner and kids—and hanging out with our dogs, too!
