About
Kristin
You deserve to feel balanced, resilient, and connected to a fulfilling life. Stress, anxiety, trauma, and life's challenges can make that difficult, but you don't have to navigate them alone. Since 2005, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, seniors, military service members, and first responders. I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, and Traumatic Brain Injury, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), alongside body-based and talk therapy interventions. My strength-based approach focuses on helping clients build resilience, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.
When I'm not in the therapist chair, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my pup, Walter. I also volunteer alongside Walter as a facility service dog team. In my free time, you'll find me reading, participating in my book club, trying new restaurants and recipes, staying active outdoors, and planning my next travel adventure. I believe that making time for connection, joy, and adventure is an important part of living a balanced and meaningful life.
