About
Kristen
Hi there! My name is Kristen. My clinical style is collaborative, relational, and compassionate. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. Together, we explore the patterns that may have once served a purpose but are no longer supporting the life or relationships they want today. While I recognize the influence of our biology, early relationships, family dynamics, culture, and lived experiences, I also believe we are not defined by them. Rather than telling clients who they should become, I help them uncover the wisdom, strengths, and capacity for growth that already exist within them. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where insight leads to lasting change and clients leave feeling more connected to themselves and the people they care about.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with the people (and animals!) I love most. I volunteer with Stray Cat Alliance in Los Angeles, where I help care for cats in need—a cause that's very close to my heart. At home, my three rescue cats keep life entertaining. I also enjoy staying active at the gym, dancing whenever I get the chance, and finding opportunities to recharge with family and friends. These experiences help me stay grounded, curious, and connected—qualities I strive to bring into my work with every client.
