Kristen Clute

She/Her
Kristen
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Kristen's focus is to help each client feel deeply seen, heard, and valued. She takes a holistic approach that goes beyond managing symptoms; she helps clients connect with their values, build coping skills, break free from unhelpful patterns, set healthy boundaries, and feel empowered to embrace their most authentic and fulfilling life.

Outside of clinical work, Kristen finds joy in the chaos of family life with two young kids and pet dogs and guinea pigs. She embraces curiosity and creativity and loves family dance parties, plant-based cooking, nature photography, long-distance running, art journaling, and writing.
