About
Kimberly
Kimberly believes in the ability of the client to overcome challenges, even if it feels impossible right now. She is aware the client has shown resilience in the past, and that strength is still within them. By breaking down the challenges into smaller, manageable steps, each small victory will build their confidence and bring them closer to their goal. She reminds the client it's ok to seek support and take it one day at a time. Progress, no matter how slow, is still progress.identifies that self-doubt and procrastination are impacting the clients daily functioning. Together, they explore the underlying factors contributing to these behaviors. They develop a structured plan with specific goals and timelines to help the client manage their time more effectively. Utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques, they work to reframe negative thought patterns and reinforce positive behaviors. Regular check-ins allow them to monitor progress and adjust the plan as necessary.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband, hiking, walking her fur babies, and watching a good move. She finds joy in music, a good joke, and spirituality
