I enjoy working with clients to construct hope, purpose, and a set of personalized emotional coping skills. Because the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful relief, I try to teach you to talk to yourself like your best friend.
I enjoy caring for my family, advocating for those who can’t advocate for themselves, standing for democracy, and dancing to live music. I care about the quality of everyone’s life on Earth and address this one relationship at a time.
