Kiersten
Hi my name is Kiersten and I have been a licensed therapist for 15 years. My approach to therapy is genuine, compassionate, and collaborative. I view therapy as a journey that we take together. This journey is up to you, but I will be with you to provide insight, helpful information, and a different perspective. Though you may feel lost and like you lack what you need to find your way, It is my goal to help you recognize your own capability and find your own answers. I look forward to getting to know you and walking this path together.
In my free time I enjoy being with my kids and pets. They are my world. I like to be creative, so I enjoy trying out new art experiences. Right now that includes pottery, crochet, knitting, and paint by numbers. I also love to be out in nature. So I take advantage of any opportunity I have to go hiking, to the lake, or to the park. A fun fact about me is that when I was young I used to do martial arts and I earned a black belt...most people who meet me can't picture it...but it's true.
