About
Kevin
Hi, I’m Kevin! I treat a variety of clients with concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, addiction, complex trauma, and PTSD. In session, I find it important to help clients address, process, and navigate their current challenges with vulnerability and authenticity. I aim to provide a safe, intentional space for clients to pursue their journey in healing and growth. I specialize in working through relationship issues, addiction dynamics, and major life transitions using a personalized blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and two kids, being outdoors, going out for a sweet treat, or staying active by running and playing sports.
