About
Kerstin Manderson
Hi, I’m Kerstin! Over the last 25 years, I’ve treated a variety of clients with concerns ranging from low mood, uncontrollable worrying, relationship conflicts and complex childhood trauma. I find it important during session to listen and provide practical skills to be used outside of session. I like to help my clients increase their self-awareness, learn perspective taking, and empower them to access their inner wisdom and expertise.
I love the outdoors. I enjoy walking, swimming, and biking. I like spending quality time with my husband and two children, enjoying nature, playing games, and traveling. I'm always enjoying a good book, Netflix show, or podcast. In my spare time, I volunteer at my children's school and on a monthly basis, work at the local soup kitchen. I also work part time as a personal trainer, providing functional fitness exercises for older adults.
